Job Description
- Create export and import documentation in support of movement of spare parts, return shipments, and drop ships.
- Support internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic and international shipments.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Field Service, freight forwarders and 3PLs for timely and accurate shipment releases and deliveries.
- Particular focus at quarter end required.
- Work with carriers to track shipment status.
- Support recordkeeping and audit process.
- Participate in carrier evaluations and business reviews.
- Support Logistics team on daily operational activities.
- Assist with Logistics training as required.
- Analyze data and work with carriers and internal partners to create meaningful metrics and KPI’s.
- Interpret INCOTERMS and provide advice to the business
Profile
- 2+ years in logistics operations
- Strong working knowledge of international logistics
- Ability to adapt to rapid change and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Experienced with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
