Job Description

  • Create export and import documentation in support of movement of spare parts, return shipments, and drop ships.
  • Support internal and external customers by providing timely status updates on domestic and international shipments.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Field Service, freight forwarders and 3PLs for timely and accurate shipment releases and deliveries.
  • Particular focus at quarter end required.
  • Work with carriers to track shipment status.
  • Support recordkeeping and audit process.
  • Participate in carrier evaluations and business reviews.
  • Support Logistics team on daily operational activities.
  • Assist with Logistics training as required.
  • Analyze data and work with carriers and internal partners to create meaningful metrics and KPI’s.
  • Interpret INCOTERMS and provide advice to the business

Profile

  • 2+ years in logistics operations
  • Strong working knowledge of international logistics
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in English and French
  • Experienced with MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
